Honest Feedback and Concerns Regarding My Experience at the Firm Extremely Disappointing Experience. I am writing to share an incredibly disheartening and frustrating experience during my tenure with the firm. My intention is to provide a candid review that will hopefully serve as a strong warning to anyone considering joining this o rganization. I have been a part of this firm for over a year, and regrettably, my overall experience has not been as positive as I had initially anticipated. I feel compelled to address several issues that I have encountered during my tenure. 1. Utter Lack of Support: The character accountants within this firm are not only unhelpful but blatantly dismissive of employees' concerns. It seems they are solely interested in their own work, with little regard for the well-being of the team. When employees seek assistance, the response is shockingly unhelpful, with suggestions like "Watch a YouTube video for help." This level of indifference is simply unacceptable. 2. Senior Members' Inaccessibility: Senior members of the firm are inaccessible and show no interest in guiding or mentoring junior employees. When we encounter difficulties or need guidance, there is no one to turn to, and the atmosphere feels extremely isolating. 3<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Compensation Issues: My departure from the firm has been marked by significant compensation issues</mark>. Although my PF deductions were regular, when I requested my PF amount upon leaving, I was denied the full amount. The directors have failed to address my concerns, and their unresponsiveness adds to the mental and financial stress I have endured. 4. False Promises and Unprofessional Conduct: Promises made during the interview process, such as holiday-related increments, have proven to be false. The unprofessional behavior I've witnessed, including threats to conform or leave, is unacceptable. It is clear that words spoken during interviews are not honored once one is an employee. 5. Exploitative Work Practices: Employees are often coerced into working on government holidays, with absurd explanations given for doing so. Requests for time off are met with resistance, even on legitimate holidays. The disregard for work-life balance and employee well-being is evident. In conclusion, I strongly urge anyone contemplating joining this firm, especially freshers, to reconsider their decision. My intent is not to criticize but to provide an honest account of my experience.
