Although my PF deductions were regular, when I requested my PF amount upon leaving, I was denied the full amount. The directors have failed to address my concerns, and their unresponsiveness adds to the mental and financial stress I have endured. 4. False Promises and Unprofessional Conduct: Promises made during the interview process, such as holiday-related increments, have proven to be false. The unprofessional behavior I've witnessed, including threats to conform or leave, is unacceptable. It is clear that words spoken during interviews are not honored once one is an employee. 5. Exploitative Work Practices: Employees are often coerced into working on government holidays, with absurd explanations given for doing so. Requests for time off are met with resistance, even on legitimate holidays. The disregard for work-life balance and employee well-being is evident. In conclusion, I strongly urge anyone contemplating joining this firm, especially freshers, to reconsider their decision. My intent is not to criticize but to provide an honest account of my experience. This firm has proven to be a toxic work environment, and I implore individuals to think twice before becoming a part of it.
