1.After 11 month's they'll make you permanent employee of Client company. 2.Salary on time (4th or 5th of every month) 3. Not supportive at all in front of client.

Skill development - Good
Promotions - Good

Dislikes

1. Hectic Training (6 day in a week) of 1.5 months. 2. Leave Policy isn't good. 3. They are unable to do anything infront of Client's comments 4. working hour isn't flexible at all once you're deployed into clients company. 5. Sreeram had only one client i.e Transdigm India Design Centre.
