Likes

Just worked one month and left as they don't provide offer Letter at Marketing Manager position nor visiting card. Not Paid my salary so quit nor are willing to settle dues but Expect U to work in system.

Dislikes

Everything in Mess nothing organised to show the Govt it's loss making Unit.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
