Its good for a fresher to get a kick start exposure on his/her career whether as a designer or marketing executive . display flash is good platform for gaining experience and updating your profile. And staffs who work there will have a good bonding with new ones so no worries as a fresher..

You you can't able to sustain there more than a year, because you will get appreciations when done your job well conversely if you lose their targeted money by your work they don't even see your hard work they just start explode you out of rage and a big chaos will go between you guys for almost an hour. You wont get comphrensivechoices in your salary . You won't get incentive as anticipated.more than that at end of the day you'll be exhausted out of your work ....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
