Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?

It was the firm which let me work like an animal and as much as you do for them is always less. Think twice and then plan to join them because they can throw you out anytime with any unnecessary region

Dislikes

Just hate the firm because they just eat your money and make you work even on weekends if it’s holiday and the seniors are not at tall supportive here. You won’t get any appraisal and there is no job security here.
