I had worked with Vertex for 18 months. There is no scope of learning, growth and opportunities. Moreover the managements are not.eager to get good business. They won't pay the complete FnF.

This is family business of the management. They are no at all good with client management. Hence they give away projects.

In Vertex I only like my colleagues with whom I had work. Apart from this nothing is preferable.

I strongly dislike about company policy, HR behavior towards employee. I suggest to other, If you like to spoil your life then do join Vertex/ Altruist India Customer Management limited.

I never felt bored during working as I was with my friends also I love to do my work. But When I thought about my future in Vertex/ Altruist India then I became much afraid. Because I think this is the only company where people will only spoil his/her lif

Nothing.this company is not at all employee friendly. They sac people without any fault instead of following company rules and maintaining good performance. They will not treat you as a living person and as per there choice they asked you to do ot but will not pay properly.

Already mentioned.. there work culture is very bad.and they can sac you anytime without any fault.
