Dear sir I started my bpo job from vertex where I started learning from my first bpo job. I would unform yoy that after one year I promoted but some difficult situation occoured. The company promoted me but they not provided proper training like they provided new procecess training but not trained me that how to work.

Dislikes

Proper training of excel was not there which is important in any bpo sector. Vertex think that if They will not give increment and peope will leave job,another people will Join them,but is it right?
