Likes

I enjoyed working there. I learned a lot in hardcore sales over there. I would like thank my colleagues and seniors who nourished me. I had truely a great experience.

Dislikes

As we all know nothing is perfect in this universe. I personally feel a company can only grow with a happy and strong employees having atleast securities in terms of changes in policies. There should be something permanent in Company to build loyalty and trust which I think was missing.

Work Details

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
