Flat & Open Work culture. Strategic Location with easy access to workplace. You get good guidance and direct access to CXOs. Employee feedbacks are taken seriously....Set for a Long run!

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
