Work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend patient callsin the evening and sometimes late into the night

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
