Its is Good reputed company over 16 years of establishment with great growth and well management . Making a day by day improvement of production rate among 1.8 metric Tons per annum .

On my point of view this is the best place to work but it is not suitable for me to improve myself more as like advanced technology on this day.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
