They are very unprofessional towards the candidates who come there for interviews. They will make you wait for more than 3 hours for just 2 rounds of interviews despite you reaching there on the scheduled time & despite being the ONLY candidate for the interview during that period of time and then ghost you without even updating anything. They prioritise their lunch over a candidate waiting for hours sitting in the waiting area for just 10mins interview round. They’ll make you sign a bond which they apparently created because many people join the company and leave it in a short period of time. Unprofessional behaviour by the management, no job security, out of nowhere they ask you to resign. Hire & Fire culture, they don't care about employees. Different rules for every employee. If you have other options go for it, don't join this company and waste your time for nothing.

The work culture they follow is illogical, biased and unethical. They take pride in micromanaging and are very disrespectful. Especially the manager named Dhiraj has literally no knowledge about anything but is very rude and disrespectful all he spreads is negativity.
