There's nothing to say Even this company don't like Hindu culture events as md is Cristian. Even if you put one Gunesh idol in your desk he. Will scold you with bad manaers... So please pathetic work culture.

Dislikes

One of the worest work culture. There's no job security. There's no human behaviour or respect to other employees. Any time any wrong word can be used management some times use worest f*** words also. Any time they can fire. And will replace with new for temporary and then they will fire hum . Simple way to save the money. Please don't join this company at all.

The french team in Quebec is fine. And another plus point is job security, that too in french dept, not English.

Indian Management(the managers of VCC, not Vmedia) other teamleads and trainers are horrible and they can’t see you happy. Every time someone is trying to cause you harm in one way or the other. Horrifying and Terrifying Work Experience with a very unhealthy work environment... Company runs on one master mind .very biased and partial management runs on the policy of favouritism..
