Only good thing about company is that they provide 3 days working and 3 days off so it's good of you want to paln holidays you just have to apply 3 days leave and can enjoy 9 days off

Dislikes

There is no growth in French department and there is always jealousy factor of other departments. Supervisors also hold grudges against other departments and do differentiation. No AC cabs provided even in the scrotching heat of 43° C

There is nothing to like. Even wash room also don't have properly.

Please don't join, there's no job guarantee. Any time they can fire you with immediate effect white out any reason. They don't fallow any structure of performance and feedback system. In office they can use unethical slangs, please don't join and rune your career. Even the head of the company hates Hindu or other culture as he is a Cristian, you never get a leave for Hindu or other fastival. Social he targeted Hindu, if you carry any god ideal with you he will scole with volgar language even HR support them, onlybhe allowed Cristian cluture celebration and all fallows. So headache.
