They did not have good management The management did not have knowledge about the work even the Associates know the work more than them and Management put so much pressure on employees.Even we dont have proper Time to Eat and cancelling the weekoffs. Pathetic company, your work life balance sucks. There is no help from the Superiors.. Managers act like they are God's of the company and now this is their own company . Nobody follow rules but if something happens HR will first question the rules... Don't join this company like me and regret later but wait for sometime find a true company which values their employees...
