Teleperformance has been a challenging experience for me. From the start, I faced numerous difficulties that made my time here quite stressful. The work environment often felt overwhelming, with high expectations and limited support. I struggled with the management's lack of communication, which added to the frustration. There wereinstances where my concerns were not addressed, leaving me feeling undervalued. The workload was often unmanageable, leading to burnout and affecting my overall well-being. While I appreciate the opportunities for growth, the negative aspects of my experience have overshadowed the positives.
