Full ac almost 16° celcius. Employee shivers in cold but as manger wants no one can complaint about it.

Dislikes

Recently got promoted as MIS executive (tried for almost 5 years, and after getting promotion got to know that my manager was playing favourites and that's the reason I failed in 16 test). But no proper handover of role, TL, AM, Manager don't have any idea about what is going on in department. Executive who are giving handover mentally harassing, they just want to create unnecessary problems by making simple process complex. They want freshers know everything about the process within no time....Read More

Salary and increment is very less. No work life Balance. No bonuses or any types of rewards. If you are employee of the month/employee of the quater or employee of the year they will give just an certificate and trophy that's it.
