Dislikes

Infosys is very strict in Background verification if candidates fails to provide any required documents they will not onboard you. Also here is no pearks and additional benefits eg for transportation and meals we are required to pay from our pocket. Even employees working in night shift gets very less NSA as compared to other companies.

Nothing to like in Infosys. No understanding towards employees, no job security, no work life balance and nothing.

I joined Infosys after resigning from my previous organization, for which I paid a buyout equivalent to two months' salary. After completing one month of training and working for a total of four months at Infosys, I requested to be exempt from the night shift due to medical reasons offering to provide supporting documentation.
