Dislikes

I strongly dislike the salary they offer, especially since BPM employees do the same work in projects but are treated as secondary resources with no priority. Compared to Infosys Ltd, the talent level is lacking, and management does nothing to address this biased system. Avoid joining Infosys BPM—opt for Infosys Ltd instead, as both roles end up doing the same work once assigned to a project.

Nothing has any goodness. Unnecessary wasting of time and future if you want to get opportunity from this company.

Dislikes

Lack of promotion and progression. There’s no any salary hike and if they will provide any hike then it is effected only with single or double digit from your CTC and it is possible only after every 4 to 5 years only. They also not giving valid feedback if you will get a project based on parent company’s process, then after every performance cycle they will pretend to confirm like you are not working well so that your salary won’t hike and we are not considering your rating n all and we will positively consider as a learning experience even if you will try to explain about your performance with your hard work. Lots of politics among managers, and HR.

Very low Package & very less chances of promotion. Increment won't get on time ( always much delayed). It's subsidiary of Infosys that's why promotion & increament very less as compared to Infosys.

There are N numbers of things which i liked about this company. Company provides trainings and certification opportunities, also the infrastucture of the company is outstanding. Many fun activities are there. Everything is proper here. 100 times better than any other organization (except: google, amazon, MS)

only few things i disliked about this are 1. very low hikes in salary 2. promotion method is wrong/poor/need improvement
