The tenured leadership is sick and do not want any fresh approach, Leaders who are stuck for years are very in-secured to take bold calls for the good of process and always in the mood of let go. Especially in the enabling areas the leaders are only for sake to be on org charts and have made the whole enabling areas as family affair. Big time body shoppers.
