Nothing..except for the building and the look nothing is good..

Dislikes

...ke the company culture. Manager treats employee like a labour working for them. No respect, poor worklife balance, salary and work given to the employee doesnt match. Work given is of seniors level but salary given is literal peanuts..not satisfied..looking for job change.

1. Too many employees working leading ti slowing down of the learning process 2. A lot of workload during busy season and the employees are told to do everything by themselves with a little guidance leading to burnout and frustration amongst freshers.

Dislikes

The company culture for Tax professionals working in IM HF in India is awful. The management is toxic and does not have any regards for employees mental health. Don’t get me wrong the company is really good, but everything depends upon the team you are landed on. I am working under the worst, toxic and egoistic leadership. They provide hybrid working conditions however we should be in office location on the days they provided wfh even through it is not stated anywhere. These people make their own rules and expect us to obey it. The trend is more like a dictatorship, awful place to work. If you value your mental health, it is better to join some other firm.

Best job I've ever found when compared to other fields and companies, environment with other colleges and seniors is good. Opertunitys to prove your self keep your point at meetings, considering your points to improve the quality given to clients are treated very well. Scope of self development, health safety wellness are made priority then work. Overall it a best job with Deloitte.
