The company culture for Tax professionals working in IM HF in India is awful. The management is toxic and does not have any regards for employees mental health. Don’t get me wrong the company is really good, but everything depends upon the team you are landed on. I am working under the worst, toxic and egoistic leadership. They provide hybrid working conditions however we should be in office location on the days they provided wfh even through it is not stated anywhere. The work life balance is good until and unless you are unlucky enough to work for the team which I worked for. They give you enough paid leaves as well.

Dislikes

During busy seasons, it gets very hectic, and you might have to work 20-22 hours a day as well without any break. The growth opportunities in the tax career is very limited and you are only expected to study about tax domain only. Even though they provide you with different linkedin courses. You will see yourself under questions if you try to attempt any course of your interest area.
