No likes.. no team dinner or any events. Just work work work for customer who are ungrateful for your work.. Even if female employee is working at client location none of the management is concerned to ask or check if employee has reached home safely.. nor the customer is concerned to check if everything is fine with female employee.. ungrateful people.. even after working so much.. sincere employee are moved.....Read More

Only dislikes.. assistant manager is not working at customer end.. just roaming whole day.. customer will blame people who are working.. but will never say a word to his favorites.. this is so unfair.. I have been in IT for 9 years never seen anything like this.. for me this is most pathetic organisation with 0 process and values.. I hope someone senior should read this.. as Deloitte really need to see what performance their employees are giving and who is just sitting ideal.. people at customer end other vendors are saying things that why they dnt have any individual review for person who is not working.. this is so bad.. no mental peace...Read More
