The salary can be great if you can negotiate before joining and bonus is pretty good for an average performance.

Dislikes

Everything about the culture is horrible. Forget everything you know about personal life while you're employed here. You will never get to see your family, won't get time to make a phone call, your friends will hate you for being unavailable all the time. Keep struggling for sleep throughout your tenure. Unreal expectations that is impossible to meet but helps the management in cutting down your promotions. Nobody is bothered if you're learning something new, you're just a resource who should know every process and should be open for any task any time and be 24x7 available....Read More

The work is really good and enjoyable. The company provides all tools and databases for projects.

Dislikes

The company has a horrible horrible culture. Politics is worse than Game of Thrones. The HR only defends the Management. Management and Senior Management only cares about work while it's employees are suffering. The good ones leave the origanization due to politics and pressure if you raise some issues. Mumbai folks get the step motherly treatment from the Gurgaon counterparts. People are getting silently fired from the organisation. Job security is a joke here.
