No training, no skill development. I was a fresher but never git treated like one. They always expected me to excel in 3-4 skills and even though I repeatedly said I am new and lack practical experience they never gave me hand on industrial experience. I was always told I lack and need to improve on my own. Got no promotions at all

Dislikes

No training No good team for support Managers never cared Internship opportunities were useless Mostly they kept in bench and asked to do loads of internal work

Likes

Technical Learning is good but at the cost of 11-12 Hours daily work schedule. New Hires are good. Expect to be involved in multiple projects from the initial days itself. Flexible office timings are good.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Cab services are costly even if you travel only 1 Day per week. Yearly Appraisals/Promotions are terrible. Avoid working under people who are sitting since last 8-10 Years already. Few skills like AI are in demand others are not entertained well. In short this is somewhat better version of TCS/Infosys nothing much
