Welcome to EY GDS trash and garbage. 1. Pushing work to juniors without any training. 2. For Senior Managers like Abhineet, discussing their personal life is more important over professional matters during meetings. 3. Managers are creating groups, discuss ratings and ask undue favours in return of promotions. 4. Honest and hardworking employees are leaving this organisation. 5. Worst company,high politics, I can say it is garbage of EY. Now you can understand how this organisation is going. There are only favourism and if you made any complaint about others it will only backfire you. work life balance is zero and without proper guidance they can allot you any work.
