The manager was very supportive and the work life balance was good.

Dislikes

The unnecessary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

GDS- Full on toxic culture. On very first week your manager expects you to work on weekends without even having some empathy. No relevant data science projects. Colleagues won't even talk to you properly - hostile nature. Stay away if you can. Even if you lose 5 lacks, here that extra money is not worth it.

Dislikes

Gen AI and Data Science - No, even you are paid higher due to Gen AI role. Forget of relevant work. They will put on some random excel analysis, PPT work, automation with Ms Power Tool, model validation etc. Work life balance - Hehe, what is that? Most of the people here are from big 4 who takes pride in working 15 hours and weekends. They lack understanding of tech but are confident to say garbage.
