Lot of free courses will be offered but this has to be done apart from the 11 to 12 hours of work. So nothing much to say as positives.

Dislikes

All ey cares about is the billing from clients they have no concern about the employees or their development. Client companies choose ey services because they have no backbone they bend to an extent to agree all the request placed by clients.
