Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage regulatory reporting for OTC derivatives products, ensuring compliance with MIFID II/FCA requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and information necessary for regulatory reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external counterparties to obtain required documentation and support.
• Review and analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and areas of improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
• Strong understanding of CFTC regulations and their application in an investment banking environment.
• Experience with OTC derivatives products, including valuation methodologies and risk management techniques.
• Proficiency in preparing regulatory reports under MiFID II/FCA guidelines.
