Assistant Manager

Job Description AFR Shift handling, daily Incoming RDF, Biomass, Hazards waste, and non-Trade reject materials testing and daily AFR consumption testing and reporting.

• Knowledge of operating all lab equipment’s like Bomb calorimeter, flame photometer, PH meter and chemical analysis by gravimetric and volumetric
• Operation of Bomb calorimeter for checking of GCV.
• General maintenance and calibration of AFR related equipment’s.
• AFR testing (IM, VM, Moisture, Ash, GCV) of shift and day average sample.
• Incoming AFR material Moisture testing
• SAP knowledge for inward AFR and raw materials receipt quantity.
• Daily LIMS data entry for AFR materials as per receipt.
• Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly Report of AFR and Raw materials.
• Maintaining environmental condition as per BIS norms (Temperature, Housekeeping)
• All other jobs assigned by quality control department related to laboratory/ Quality
• To plan & organize internal audit & maintain its records.
• Monitoring effectiveness of the Management System & identify areas of improvements.
• Responsible for Corrective and Preventive Action.
• Review customer feedback including customer complaints for initiating corrective & preventive actions.
• Planning, scheduling the testing jobs.
• Overall, In-charge for coordinating the laboratory functions.
• To ensure the impartiality, confidentiality & integrity in the operation of Lab.
• To approve the work instructions, forms & formats in the laboratory.
