Likes

My journey is about 3 years here and learnt many things including management skills within a short period of time and this makes me confidence where I can track or step up to other companies.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

1. Paritiality 2. Caste difference 3. Less packages, but more work pressure 4. No regards for the candidates who actually work 5. Criticism

Work Details

I have worked a team member and also POC for offshore folks where I used to train them including my daily basis work flow.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
