Worried About PIP and Relieving Letter at ValueLabs
I'm reaching out because a friend of mine is currently in a tough spot at ValueLabs . They were recently placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and have a month to meet specific targets.
I'm concerned about the potential impact on their relieving letter if things don't work out. Would a relieving letter explicitly mention a PIP or termination? If so, would it be wiser to resign instead of being asked to leave?
I'm looking for any advice or personal experiences that might help my friend navigate this situation. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
