While I value many aspects of my experience at valenta, there are few ares that could be improved. One concern is the salary which I believe could be more competitive. Additionally job security can sometimes feel uncertain as it largely depends on the needs and decisions of our clients.

Once you get into this company, you will literally hate the whole corporate world. There is no likes I could point out.

- My advice is to avoid joining this company, even if they offer a high salary at first. I haven't had any complaints thus far, and my workflow has been uninterrupted. This place's culture is similar to a friendly, stress-free environment
