Day to day work could be interesting but that again depends to the client. I did learn a lot in the initial stage of the job but not sure if it's all helpful in the future. Good team and understanding members at a lower level. Work life balance was a thing before, but not anymore.

Salaries are never paid before 18th of the following month. We are never motivated or encouraged for our work. No basic facilities at office like proper lighting, ventilation, chairs are mostly broken. Unnecessary mindless rules and regulations imposed on the employees every now and then. You think this is the worst that could happen, until the management comes up with much worse, unimaginable scenarios. So, you never know what's next. We're asked to resign immediately, if we raised genuine concerns regarding anything senseless. Management is highly toxic and very inhumane. Their procedures never made sense and are unethical.
