Working Environment is Excellent, as Organization is open for any Kind of suggestions. The best part is Flexible work timing and only thing matters here is task completion. It's growing company so we need to work hard but we get a chance to learn as well.

Dislikes

Monetary growth is slow as it's a startup. Otherwise it's awesome to work here.

Work Details

I had started as a Admin Manager, which includes the responsibility to manage the day to day activities of the company like: Handling Accounts, Follow Up Creditors/Debtors, GST, TDS, PT, ITR Return Filling. Handling HR Team, Working With Developers etc
