Likes

The company is good to work for verification and investigation. Gives multiple opportunity for personal as well as professional growth. I got promotion from Senior to Lead Associate with salary hike within few months of joining. Also like the employee retension and re-hire policy.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Also more working hours and only one week off. There is no on the job training for new joiner, hence senior folks like me to have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometime.

Work Details

Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum client satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms with consistent profitability. Interacing with clients for repeated business. Managing helathy environment

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
