The person in charge is very rude and very unprofessional, if you make a mistake she will make you liable for the whole contract with the client and if u do good it will always remain unappreciated and unnoticed

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Dislikes

Their Mumbai branch has the worst work culture. Really bad management. Not recommended for any job role. They will not treat you with respect whatsover and will even go as low as threatening you to get their job done. Their clients also feel the same.
