Good work environment and teammates are supportive

Dislikes

There is a lot of pressure and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is below average and career growth is not at all. They don't know how to work professionally and also the staff has very less knowledge about the work. They only need there work done and don't pay there employees what they deserve.

Work Details

Worst work life in uh media. Only work and now growth and salery. Nothing to learn and only copy paste work. They don't know how to do work in systematic way.

I have worst experience in this company. They treat you as their survent not as employees. Work blance is very bad. Even they don't pay u as per you work.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
