Before joined UST I had many reputed organization offers, but I had discussed with my colleagues and friends who already aware of UST, they said UST also a very good MNC, they have many good projects and will provide affordable salary. So I have asked them to revise my package also they gave me very good package. So i joined here and I felt that onboarding and induction process were MNC standard. Company visibility is very low that's why many of them not aware this company. As per the project which I was allocated all my teammates are very friendly and they have more experienced. Not only in UST when employees are joining virtually if they having trouble to reach respective team for their problems and sort it out is getting frustrated. Addressing solutions for employee is too delayed. This review will be changeable depends on upcoming days

These kind of people are the one who ruins the Indian IT sector, unfortunately I was part of such a team. -Poor work management, no proper tracking of work record and lack of employees in the team which will result in working overtime till late night ,work during weekends and cannot put a sick leave when its urgent which will burnout the soul and even calls you on phone during off hours and off days expecting 24x7 availability in front of office laptop. -It all depends on the luck on which team you lands on.
