The management keeps on boasting about their culture, thier leadership ethics etc but practically they don't care about the employees when it comes to their job security. Inspite of internal projects being available they simply sack the employees. And the senior management is least bothered they don't verify it. Pathetic HR department they have got. Who doesn't care about the employees at all. Generally HR are the ones who should be helping the candidates but her it's completely opposite they don't listen to the employees at all. The career progress I was getting with UST was appreciated, but from last 3 years its stagnant. Pretty monotonous job

Company takes employees who stay on long term basis for granted and expects them to continue without any market correction. Very unstable process of reactive recognition that demotivates.
