Too much involvement of Udaya Punnani & Venkat Peram. They will will that it is their own company and plays Vijayawada and Tenali politics. If you wish them they will not even respond back and puts serious face. Your variable pay will be deducted only in Hyderbad and Bangalore location after deducting 30% TDS & 30% event manement expenses. They will not give hike to existing employees but recruits from outside market by paying 50% extra to low experiennce. The worst thing is coffee machine will not work many a times and no proper facilities to employees. 1) HR/Workforce Management/Hiring Teams are all misleading, harassing, and engaged in unethical business practices. Most of them are not complying with Indian Labour laws. No body is there to listen to the employees, all one way communications. Please don't join unless you are left with worst choice decision. The HR conduct is bullying, insulting, and subject to legal action. No company or company conduct can be above the law of the land. I have almost 16 Years of Experience,worked in 6 companies.This is the most unsecure company.Mostly there will be late night calls till 1AM or 2AM,I came considering Work Life Balance but almost zero work life balance.Even on leave,I have worked.If you are in Trivandrum,you can consider UST or else just leave it.

Regarding salary hikes, it's is better compared to some other MNC s, but should be focusing on other benefits, festival bonuses etc.
