Micro Management, Unethical Behavior, and Stressful work culture all in the name of being a "Startup". Everything from Upper Management to HR. There was no 'management' in the organization. I can write paragraphs about it, but I'd like to move on from those 'Traumatic' experiences.

There were breaks during day to replenish your energy mostly done by going out of office premise.

No set office time or proper management with rules and regulations Blame game and incompetence at it's peak Threats for violence and making track record dirty also possible No improvement in skill for employees Expected to do overtime daily and come on Sundays Broken or no proper work-space with exteme lack of hygiene Lack of transparency and no upraisals in salary
