Likes

The work environment is pretty good. Everyone is punctual and on time. Polite behaviour is maintained. Supportive staff and senior. Management is transparent enough for everybody to see. Refreshment any time of the day for free. Yearly salary hike if perfomance is good. Christmas bonus every year.

Dislikes

Career growth is little slow but it can be improved I'm pretty sure. Salary hike should be looked for everybody be it performing or not.

Work Details

My job is good but sometimes very hectic. Learnt a lot and still learning. I can proudly say that I have become more professional in dealing with people and the clients after working here.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Very nice work environment and culture, the management gives you a free hand in whicever role they hire you for. Management is very approachable and is allways their in the time of your need.

Their is nothing to dislike, it's just that the growth opportunity as of now is not what one aspire for.
