Hospital management and the nurse superintendent (NS) madam were worst of the worst,NS even don't known proper way of making duty roster she keeps shuffling duty time everyday and she is a biggest lier i have ever seen, The admin(sanjeevini) acts like she knows everything but in reality she doesn't know anything except drama, she isnot well behaved, she talks rudely and very arrogant, ruthless,tortures, not being supportive, Some of the doctors are harassing in nature especially ICU intensivist (Dr. Praveen) he scares every staff saying that from tomorrow onwards don't come to work, he is very rude and ruthless person and even he doesn't give respect to senior doctors and nurses. Over all working in this hospital is going through the hell.. Dr. Praveen is the hell god YAMA, NS and Admin madam are the YAMAKINKARAS....... We are not paid well and they don't hike payment, salary is delayed every month giving stupid reasons......Read More

About Unity hospital it's like my home, all doctors are good. No word's are there talking about them. I learned so many things about how to mange emergency and ICU patients. With Support of our Doctors. Dr. Praveen Sir they teach us lot of things, Because of there guidenss I built Confidence level.

Nursing Superintendent (Rashmi) The most worst women,i never seen like that NS, She don't no about Nursing practice, but she behaves like she no all the things, most liar, Because of her everyone resigned the job. She only want every staffs personal information and gossip about that information in hospital. I Requeste to all the Doctors take serious action about her.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
