Likes

Good co operative culture in UMCCSL support all employees toe each other management was politely discussed on every Mater. Company profile was very good salary given on time.

Dislikes

There is not growth of career job training is not provided by company.

Salary - Poor
Promotions - Bad

Work Details

There is no training but management support after some days of my joining. I tried to complete work on time and I learnt lots of work after some six month the management was increased my responsibility MIS reporting and also accounting.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
