The most satisfying career and job role I ever had. Salary is paid on hourly basis, means work=pay, which means that there's no restriction to leave. As it's a US company, its much more modern and considering. Being an employee, feels like a king here.

Its has around 60000 employees in India. The best is that if you get promoted the hike they provide is on higher side. Management somewhat flexible.

Job security is less Projects windup frequently. They shuffle people when a project windup however they will pick up only few people. 10hours of work which is not good. Project level support is very less. Allowances is also very low. Work life balance is very low. Only disappointing thing that we don't know when the projects gets windup. Here rewards and recognition is not upto the Mark. Whosoever favourite to the managers will get rewarded. One manager works on multiple projects like 5 - 6 projects so the interaction with manager is less frequent. Notice period is 2months...Read More

Nothing. It was good few years back but now its the worst place to work. No growth for hardworking people. It’s only for boot lickers. I hate this place now.

Micro management in every corner. Worst place to work. I would recommend everyone not to join this company. Please join if you are very good at licking boots of the managers. A person who stammers 1000 times while speaking is a Team lead and are worse than agents. One more thing, it’s not a service desk, it’s more like a domestic call centre. I don't see any good reason to like this company. This is a typical corporate which makes money off Indians and our unemployment rate.

Stressful work environment, 10-hour workday, You will be forced to come to office even if you can do the job at home, Unable to avail leaves easily even though we deserve them, you will be burdened with work if they realize that you know what you are doing, No salary increments or appraisals for the extra work you are forced to do here.
