It's a one-man show... You do what he says, when he says. True that they pay good, but for that you won't have much of personal life and once you are in, it's very difficult to get out as they won't give raise easily and nobody else in the market will match there salary.. so it's kind o f double edged sword.. plus other than salary there are none/very little benefit....Read More
