Biased middle management. If they don't like you they will their level best to get you down, frustrate you , stop your growth, gives you a very tough area of operation, keep playing minds games behind you, gives false reviews etc.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
