No job security, no increment, No pf and esi, Low salary with unwanted deductions, No weekoff and 2 days only leave, 12 hrs above need to work for full time 9am to 9 pm, Salary issue, Not allow to friendly with co employers dont speak with co workers and dont share mobile number also, machinary Life only, but not grow,

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
